PENPAL Reply !
Wow, after just a day of my pen pal post being up, I now have FIVE Pen Pals ! Wasn't expecting that but love it! The girls are from:
- Austria
- The Netherlands
- Australia
- New York Cityy
- California
Since I put up that post, I've been looking around and I've seen at least 20 blogs that are updated every day with gorgeous Pen Pal mail. I never knew the scene was so big until I saw my first snail mail blog, Papered Thoughts ! I absolutely was hesitant, but I'm happy I decided to follow through with it and I'll post pictures of sent and received mail ! Can't wait !

Pen Pal Anyone?
Over the past few days, I've seen at least five blogs about girls with Pen Pals. It kind of hit me as something I've never thought about, and now all of a sudden I keep seeing it everywhere ! It seems like such a cool idea, learning about someone else, and mostly corresponding with girls from other countries! How Interesting!
Once I searched for Pen Pals on Google, I found a lovely little site called Pen Pal Of The Week and came across many different intriguing stories ! The pictures below are from a girl named Rin from Australia corresponding with another girl from Canada! What a culture difference!
Rin also has a gorgeous little blog which you can find here!
How cute would it be to find something like this in the mail? I'm absolutely considering writing to a few people, who knows maybe I'll love it. Have any of you ever done this? Anyone else looking to give it a try? Let me know (:

I do miss my old college, and I'm not sure yet if this is the right school for me, but I'll give it a try! Now, I'm just trying to figure out how to pay for my books :( Back to the life of a broke college student...

New Favorite Hair Blog
I love this girl! I saw one of her hair designs on Pinterest and HAD to check out her website, The Small Things Blog. Kate is a professional hair stylist and jewelry maker from North Carolina, who loves to cook and has a knack for crafts! You can find a link to her Etsy shop here! Update!
After about a month of not blogging, I'm back! Boy, has it been a hectic month. I got my butt into gear for the first time in a long time, and after being accepted to Wilkes University, Concord University, University of Charleston, and Bay Path College....duum de dum...
I have orientation in about an hour, so I figured I would do a quick post before then. Classes start tomorrow! Even though I'm probably going to hate it, I'm happy I'm back in school. A semester off was much needed, but I miss classes and I miss being back in the swing of things. Wish me luck !
I am now a West Virginia resident! Bye be Pennsylvania! Actually, I'm not sure if I'm that excited yet. Starting as a sophomore transfer student in the fall, it's hard because there are only 26 other transfers! It's such a small school, about 10,000 less students than my last university, but it does have a great science department and it's a beautiful campus! I'm stuck doing 19 credits this semester :( Three days a week with 8am classes, I'm not sure if I'm ready for this again haha.
My major: Dual major: Biology & Chemistry
Hours from home: Seven!
Nervous? Absolutely.
